All our cleaners are experienced and trained in household cleaning. All employees have undergone background checks and security checks to ensure a safe cleaning experience so that they will always be satisfied with results.

1. Do you have to be at home during the cleaning service?

Yes, you can be at home. However, we recommend that you meet your cleaner for the first time, you can show your house, apartment and tell us your wishes with cleaning work. Later it will be your choice whether to stay at home or not.

2. How long before do I have to book?

Normally between 2-20 working days.

3. Can I change cleaners?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with the cleaner's work, you can change. Email to our customer service or call to us directly and we will find a solution that suits you.

4. What happens if the cleaner is late?

In the event of any delays, we will notify you as soon as we can and resolve it based on what suits you best. If the cleaner is late due to a serious reason, then we can send you another cleaner or move the cleaning to another day. We can always agree and you can always choose.

5. How do I edit or cancel my order?

You can cancel or rebook your cleaning easily at any time. If you want to cancel a booking, you must do so at least 24 hours before your booking time. Otherwise you will have to pay a cancellation fee of SEK 400.

6. Do I get the same cleaner on every visit?

We do everything so that our customers have the same cleaner every visit. However, there are factors such as holidays, illnesses, or other unforeseen cases, then we will send to you another cleaner. We always will inform our clients about the changes and reasons for that.

7. If I don't want the room to be cleaned?

Close the door to any room you do not want cleaned, and we will focus our energy on everything else you want cleaned.

8. Do you bring your own cleaning equipment?

Not necessarily. If the customer has his own cleaning products that he likes, we clean according to the customer's wishes. But we can also bring our own cleaning products. All this included a moving cleaning too.

9. How do I pay?

We accept payment via debit or credit card, bank transfer, Swish or cash. You only pay after the service is fully performed. All transactions are encrypted for your security and we never save any card details.
