About cleaning

• We clean all sides of the window panes

• We clean skylights - if it is a window that turns on its axis. We can not do window cleaning that must be performed from/ the roof.

• We bring all windows cleaning equipment and cleaning agents with us

• We recommended to you to add a frame washer, which means that we wash the windows and frames

Important info...

• Before we clean your windows, you must inform us about broken glass, scratches on the windows and broken locks and blinds

What counts as a window?

• Every opened window frame, aka sash, counts as one window.

• If your window has 1 window frame , it counts as one window, also called 1 sash window.

• If your window has 2 frames (one that goes to the right and one goes to the left), it counted as two windows. Also called 2 sash windows. 

Note: unfortunately, our staff is not able to clean windows than 4.5 meters.
